Today’s pour: Santanera Tequila Blanco
Made from 100% agave, this unique batch is crafted from 7-year-old agave and undergoes a summer fermentation with one particularly fascinating detail: Mozart’s classical music is played 24/7 throughout the fermentation process, which Santanera says helps create new aromas and flavors.
Clean, expressive, and agave-forward, Santanera is also Kosher certified and produced with an emphasis on organic cultivation.

Fortaleza Reposado is a benchmark of traditional tequila, made in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco using 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in brick ovens, crushed by a stone tahona, and fermented in open-air wooden vats. Rested in American oak barrels, it balances cooked agave, vanilla, citrus, earthy spice, and a touch of caramel while keeping the agave firmly at the center. A classic, traditionally made reposado that shows exactly why Fortaleza has become one of the most respected names in tequila. 🥃🌵
