Some dishes don’t need an introduction. They just arrive at the table and silence the room for a second. Our saffron risotto finished with rich ragù, fresh basil, and parmesan is one of them. Slow stirred, carefully layered, and made the way Italian grandmothers would approve of after judging everyone in the kitchen first.
