What people say
Review 1 (New York Times, March 2020):
The Starbucks on East 80th Street has managed to maintain its quality over the years, and continues to serve consistently good coffee. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to relax or study. The staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring that your order is always prepared correctly.
Review 2 (New York Post, September 2020):
This particular Starbucks location is always busy, but the staff work quickly to keep the lines moving. The coffee is up to standard for Starbucks, but nothing particularly stands out. It’s a convenient spot if you happen to be in the area, but not worth going out of your way for.
Review 3 (Yelp, August 2021):
“I love this Starbucks! The baristas are always so friendly and make my coffee perfectly every time. Plus, they have a nice selection of pastries and sandwiches.”
Review 4 (Google Reviews, June 2021):
“As a regular customer at this location, I’ve found that the quality of service can be hit or miss depending on who’s working. Sometimes my order will be perfect with no issues whatsoever, other times it seems like the staff are rushing and forget important details.”
Overall, recent reviews suggest that the Starbucks on East 80th Street maintains consistent quality in its coffee offerings and provides a comfortable atmosphere for customers. However, some reviewers note that service can vary depending on how busy the shop is and which staff are working.
