If you're coming from the west side of Manhattan, take the subway on the 1, 2 or 3 train heading towards Brooklyn and get off at Borough Hall. From there it's a short walk to Livingston Street. Alternatively, if you're driving, take the Brooklyn Bridge and get off at the exit for Cadman Plaza West. There are several parking garages in the area where you can park your car for a fee.
