The Crêpe CARTel is the newest chapter in our family’s food journey—created with the same passion, heart, and good vibes that built Best Spudz Food Truck into a local favorite. After years of serving fresh-cut fries and connecting with our community, we felt inspired to expand in a warm and exciting new direction.
What started as a simple idea at our kitchen table quickly grew into a vision: bringing fresh, handcrafted crêpes and cozy beverages—like coffee, specialty teas, and rich hot chocolate—to our neighborhood and beyond.
