Today we say goodbye to a NYC institution. While the lights may dim, the stories, laughter, and moments shared around these tables will live on long after the last service. Here’s to 30 incredible years, the people who made it special, and a little piece of New York nostalgia we’ll never forget. As one chapter closes, the spirit of hospitality, celebration, and gathering lives on. We hope you’ll continue making new memories with us at Trattoria Dell’Arte, Paris Bar, and Brooklyn Diner, where there will always be a seat at the table, a reason to celebrate, and new stories waiting to be told. Our founder, Shelly, was so proud of what he and his team accomplished at Redeye Grill, and had enormous gratitude for the folks that kept Redeye bustling and full of life year after year. As we prepare to close this chapter, we’re reminded that Redeye Grill’s greatest achievement was never a menu item or an accolade. It was becoming part of the lives of so many New Yorkers and visitors from around the world.

Whether you’ve celebrated milestones, shared countless dinners, or made us part of your New York tradition, thank you, THANK YOU, for every visit, every toast, and every seat filled over the years. We’re closing soon, but the memories you’ve given us will last forever.
