Good morning everyone. I see all the nice comments from Gregg P Sullivan and the questions so I made this new post. Brklynz Empanadas is a business that was started during COVID when everything got shut down my laundry service business had no customers and I had no money. I started cooking for my friends and they suggested that I start selling it and it got me through the tough times. Now both my laundry service and Brklynz Empanadas are doing well. I was at the deli in Centereach for a year but then the owner did not want to sell me the store as discussed and I had to pull out. I cook out of a ghost kitchen in Queens. I sell my Empanadas, soup, rice and other foods frozen. The empanadas are filled with cooked meat, seafood, or vegetables, and the other foods are cooked, packaged, and then frozen for sale. All frozen foods are best when consumed with 6 months. I also do catered events upon request. Below is my phone number and a quick menu. To get to Middle Country Road in New York, take the Long Island Expressway and exit at Exit 63. If you are taking public transport, take the LIRR to the Ronkonkoma station and transfer to the S61 bus line. Get off at Middle Country Rd/Westfield South Shore Mall stop. If you are driving, there is parking available along Middle Country Road as well as a few parking lots nearby.
