If you're traveling to Richmond Avenue Staten Island Mall by public transport, you can take the S62 or S92 bus and get off at the mall's entrance. Alternatively, you can take the Staten Island Railway to the Richmond Valley Station and then transfer to either the S55 or S56 bus that will drop you off at the mall.
If you prefer driving, from New York City, follow the I-278 West towards Staten Island and take exit 6 for South Avenue towards Travis. Continue on South Avenue until you reach Richmond Avenue, turn right onto Richmond Avenue, and continue straight until you arrive at Staten Island Mall's main entrance on your right.
Once at the mall's parking lot, park your vehicle according to regulations in any available lot: Main Entrance Parking Lot A or B. The chicken restaurant is located inside the mall building; it should only be a short walk from where you parked.
