Vegas Restaurant Week is here, and we are thrilled to be participating at our Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill locations at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa and Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino with special prix fixe menus.

A portion of every Restaurant Week meal purchased will be donated directly to Three Square to support their mission to fight hunger throughout Southern Nevada and provide meals to those in need.

Still on the menu after 30 years, the Spicy Scallop Roll was the start of Blue Ribbon Sushi.

When Bruce and Eric were looking for a Sushi Chef for their new sushi venture, they met Master Sushi Chef Toshi, and the first roll he made for the Broomberg brothers was the Spicy Scallop Hand Roll.

From that first bite, they knew Toshi was the one. Some might say it was love at first bite.
