The classic Koi shareable that everyone reaches for.
Tartare on a crispy wonton, finished with tobiko — available in tuna or yellowtail.

Three dishes with nothing in common — except how much they’re loved. Braised Short Ribs with plum wine reduction, deep and slow. Panko Crusted Salmon with carrot ginger coulis, bright and clean. Sautéed Tiger Prawns with sake, sweet soy, and sriracha, warm with heat.
Different plates, same devotion. If you’ve already made your way through the classics — the salmon carpaccio, the peppercorn filet mignon, the miso bronzed black cod — these are the ones our LA regulars reach for next.

New on the bar at Koi NY.
Pineapple Fizz. Ginger, pineapple, fizz you can feel. Velvet Velour. Blackberry, agave, mint — soft and quietly lush. Hibiscus Virgin Mojito. Hibiscus, yuzu, lime, a clean finish. Oh! So Lychee. Lychee, cranberry, a whisper of vanilla.
Four mocktails. Built with the same care as everything else we pour.

Golden, crusted crab cakes over crimson beet spaghetti — a plate that turns on contrast in every direction. Crisp and tender, earthy and bright, quietly dramatic from the first look to the last bite.

Every New Yorker knows the deal. We earn our spring here! Months of slush, subway delays, and convincing yourself another night in is fine...
But then the first warm evening hits and suddenly the city comes back to life.
It’s time to revive the group chat, book the table, and leave the parka at home.
See you soon.
– Koi New York.

The dish New York keeps coming back for.
Wagyu Style Skirt Steak — Australian Wagyu, grilled with garlic, thyme, tamari, and blended oil to draw out the richness the marbling promises.
Finished with blood orange purée and shiso chimichurri; served over ginger shiitake fried rice with crispy onions, micro rainbow greens, and fresh lime.
Best served medium rare. A favorite for a good reason.

A season of reasons to gather — mothers to celebrate, graduates to toast, spring evenings too good to let pass quietly. The Rockin’ Cucumber is ready for all of it: Haku Japanese vodka, sake, cucumber, mint, yuzu, shaken and served up. Crisp, bright, unmistakably Koi.

LA’s original Salmon Carpaccio with black truffles and ponzu.
Delicate, rich, and still one of the most iconic plates on the menu.
(And if you know, you know: order it with the Baked Crab Hand Roll, drag it through the sauce, and thank us later.)

When a guest wants something rich and chocolatey, these are two of our favorite recommendations —
Nutella Bread Pudding with toasted almonds, bananas, and vanilla ice cream and Flourless Molten Chocolate Cake with vanilla ice cream and homemade marshmallow.

In a city like Los Angeles, that means a lot. We’re proud of our team, grateful for our guests, and always aiming to make the experience feel just as memorable as the meal.
