🌱 To our Vegan on the Fly family,

With heavy hearts, we’re sharing that November 7 will be our final day at our Midtown NYC location.

Since 2020, you’ve helped us turn a small family dream into a community. From our early pop-ups and food truck days to our home in Midtown, you showed up, brought your friends, shared our food, and made us part of your lives. ❤️

We’ve faced so many challenges over the years, but we kept going because of you. Following the sale of our building, renewing our lease would come with a rent increase we simply cannot sustain. As difficult as this decision is, it’s time for us to close this chapter.

What we’ll miss most is you — the familiar faces, friendships, conversations, and memories we’ve made across our counter.

We still have one month together, and we want to make it count. Come see us before November 7, bring a friend, and enjoy one last gyro, chopped cheese, mac ’n’ cheese, or your favorite Vegan on the Fly meal.

Our brother Nick’s location in Tampa will remain open, and we hope you’ll continue showing him the same love you’ve shown us. 💚
