Meet Anna, the Co-Owner of Crispy Heaven
Born in Armenia, where food and hospitality are woven into everyday traditions, Anna never imagined she would one day work in a restaurant.
After moving to Russia, her parents began working in a wholesale baking business. Surrounded by bakers and chefs, she would often say, “I’m never going to work in a bakery or a restaurant.”
Ironically — never say never. Today, she laughs at that memory.
Living just a few blocks away from the original Crispy Heaven, Anna — just like many of you — was a loyal fan. When the opportunity appeared at just the right moment, she didn’t hesitate to become part of something she already loved.
Anna truly enjoys every step of this journey. For her, it means everything to know that guests are not only enjoying high-quality food, but also the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes Crispy Heaven feel special.

Meet Fel, the founder of Crispy Heaven.
Born in the Czech Republic to a family that owned a restaurant, Fel was always involved in an active kitchen life — whether helping her family or creating recipes of her own.
While pursuing a career in modeling, she landed on the heavenly islands of Hawaii, where she realized there was a lack of great-quality bread. She bought a book that taught her how to bake, without ever imagining that one day it would lead her to open the doors of Crispy Heaven to so many.
After moving back to New York City and hosting countless dinners where she shared her talent and passion with friends and guests, she became convinced that it was time to take the next step.
On March 12th, 2021, Crispy Heaven opened its doors for the very first time.
Last year, we moved to a bigger location in SoHo, which makes me beyond happy.
I always go home happy, knowing that people come to Crispy Heaven to share quality food, laughter, and genuine connection.
