We find ourselves at the end of a great adventure. With immense appreciation and profound gratitude, we share that Vestry’s last dinner service will be on Saturday, September 6.

Since opening in October 2020, Vestry has grown into a thriving community, earning its first Michelin star just six months later. In the years since, the restaurant has flourished, with the dedication of our talented team evident in every service and on every plate. Vestry went on to receive more stars and awards and—most importantly—welcomed countless first-time guests who became regulars and friends.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything and for all your support. We hope to see you for a final celebration before closing, and soon at another of Chef Shaun Hergatt’s restaurants.
