An AMPLE HILLS x ZABAR’S collaboration bringing you the best of both worlds—a iconic New York favorite transformed into one unforgettable scoop.
Customers have been lining up for Zabar’s freshly baked Cinnamon Babka since day one - a customer favorite for more than 90 years. Made from the family’s Bubbe’s recipe, the babka is rolled, braided and richly layered with swirls of cinnamon.🤎
Now, pieces of that beloved babka are folded into creamy AMPLE HILLS ice cream, bringing warm cinnamon, buttery layers, and signature babka swirls to every scoop.

To get to Vanderbilt Avenue in New York, you can take the subway and get off at the Grand Central-42nd Street station. From there, transfer to the 4 or 5 train and take it to the Franklin Avenue station. Walk south on Franklin Avenue until you reach Vanderbilt Avenue.
If you prefer driving, take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE) and exit at Atlantic Avenue. Turn left onto Vanderbilt Avenue and continue until you reach your destination. There is street parking available but it may be limited.
