To get to Sneden Avenue in New York, you can take the subway to the nearest station which is the 145th Street station. Once you get off at this station, walk east on 145th Street towards Broadway and turn left onto Broadway. Continue walking until you reach Sneden Avenue.
If you prefer to drive, take I-95 N and continue on I-95 N to W 178th St/George Washington Bridge Lower Level in Manhattan. Take exit 1 from I-95 N and merge onto W 178th St/George Washington Bridge Lower Level. Continue straight onto Harlem River Dr and use the right lane to take exit 21 toward W 125 St. Continue onto Marginal St/W 126th St and turn right onto Broadway. Turn left onto Sneden Ave.
It should be noted that parking in the area could be difficult as it is a busy city location, therefore using public transport would be advised.
