**Travel Directions to South Road, New York**
**By Public Transport:**
1. **Train:** If you're coming from Manhattan, take the Metro-North Railroad from Grand Central Terminal to Poughkeepsie Station. From there, you can catch a local bus or taxi to South Road.
2. **Bus:** Check for local bus services that operate along South Road. The Dutchess County Public Transit system has routes that may serve this area.
**By Car:**
1. **From the North (Albany):** Take I-87 S (New York State Thruway) and merge onto I-84 W toward Newburgh. Take exit 13 for NY-9 S toward Poughkeepsie. Continue on NY-9 S until you reach South Road.
2. **From the South (New York City):** Take I-87 N and merge onto I-287 N toward White Plains. Follow signs for I-684 N, then take exit 6 to merge onto US-202 W/NY-35 W toward Peekskill. Merge onto I-84 W and follow directions as above.
**Parking:**
There are typically parking lots available near the destination along South Road, as well as street parking options depending on availability and time of day. Be sure to check for any parking restrictions or fees in the area before leaving your vehicle.
