If you are planning to visit Forest Avenue in New York, there are several options available for public transport and driving/parking.
Public transport: You can take the subway line 4 or 5 to the Bowling Green Station, and then transfer to the Staten Island Ferry. Once on Staten Island, you can take bus S52 or S76 which will stop near Forest Avenue.
Driving/parking: If you prefer to drive, take I-278 W towards Staten Island. Take exit 13 towards Clove Rd and continue onto Narrows Rd N for about a mile. Turn left onto Clove Rd and continue straight for about half a mile. Turn right onto Forest Ave, and you will find parking spaces along the street.
Please note that these directions are not intended as directions to Ungaro Coal Fired Pizza Cafe specifically, but rather as travel directions to Forest Avenue in general.
