Silver Spoon Award 🥄✨

Our montly Silver Spoon Award is celebrating Chef Tristan Daly-Fell!

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Chef Tristan gained an appreciation for cooking at a young age inspired by his parents who were dedicated to making home-cooked meals. When Chef Tristan first started working in restaurants, he liked how curious and welcoming the back-of-house was, and his favorite part of working here at Union Square Cafe is the teamwork mentality. Chef Tristan began his career with us on the crudo station and now works on garde manger, where he makes one of his favorite dishes on the menu: Sugar Snap Pea Salad with pancetta, pecorino, and mint.

Thank you, Chef Tristan, for being such an integral part of our team and for exemplifying what true teamwork looks like every day!
