With but a little time remaining, we’ve taken to the cellar to unearth a few bottles that merit their moment before we bid adieu to Libertine.
Join us this evening for a bottle or three.

It’s not au revoir… just à bientôt.
Libertine will turn three years old on Saturday, May 23rd. That evening will also be our final service.
I am beyond proud of what we’ve built with our little bistro. What was meant to be a humble slice of regional France tucked into a quiet West Village corner became something far greater than any of us could have imagined.
I’m deeply grateful to our team, our guests, our partners, and everyone who helped make this candle burn a little brighter. What started as a nerdy love letter to a kind of restaurant I missed in my own hometown became a lightning-in-a-bottle reality, thanks to those who believed in something that had been percolating in my mind for years, who chose to build it with me, to dine with us, and to bring it to life night after night.
While this chapter is coming to a close, we still have a handful of weeks to send Libertine off properly, to celebrate it the way it deserves. I’ll be there, ready to greet, feast, and drink with all of you.
Now, this isn’t the end for us on this little corner of Greenwich and Christopher. In fact, far from it. More to come soon…
Until May 23rd, see you at Libertine.
