Chef Trace’s oyster pick🦪: Fishers Island Oysters
A New York local grown just off Fishers Island, these oysters bring that clean Atlantic brine, a crisp finish, and the kind of freshness you can taste immediately.
For Chef Trace, it’s the balance that makes them stand out salty, clean, not too heavy, and perfect for anyone who loves an oyster that tastes like exactly where it came from.
Local waters. Family-run farm. Big raw bar energy.
