Their signature coffee drink, cafe de olla, is the traditional way to go: prepared with orange zest, cinnamon and piloncillo in a clay pot, and served in cute clay cups.

Obata beans from Mexico, obviously, and a roasting twist on our sweet and smooth West Village coffee tailored to their recipe.

From this very special vantage point on the , you would be able to directly see our potential new all-day cafe flagship location…
Won’t say more at this stage, not to jinx it as we are in the middle of negotiations as well as by respect for who might be our future landlord. Suffice to say, it would be a massive win for our brand!
It is all also contingent upon raising the funds we need to open said location. We are on our way, but still looking for investors. Please reach out if interested. We revised our deck and terms accordingly.
