One day after work I craved delicious, authentic and nutritious Dominican cuisine but had no idea where to find the quality I was accustomed to making at home but far more exquisite. That's when I decided to go invest in a restaurant where I could create health Dominican food to be served daily. After the first three months sales were not meeting our target goals and our overhead became nearly unbearable. Then we decided to focus on operating a serve kitchen and leased culinary work spaces within our facility. Due to the ample dinning space we were able to utilize virtually used areas in the restaurant as a commissary kitchen for catering/craft service as well as a base of operation for our Dominican street food truck.
You can now find fresh, innovative farm-to-table menu items alongside traditional, authentic options, all of which encompasses the true flavors of fine cuisine underscored by great street food. So, come get your fill before it's all gone!

To get to the Dominican restaurant, take the A, B, C or D train to 125th Street in Harlem. Exit the station on the northern end and walk east towards Frederick Douglass Boulevard. Take a right onto Frederick Douglass Blvd and walk south for about 3 blocks.
If you are driving, take the FDR Drive to the 125th Street exit. Head west on 125th street towards Frederick Douglass Blvd and make a left onto Frederick Douglass Blvd. The restaurant is on your right.
Limited metered parking is available on the street but there are several paid parking lots in the area as well.
