To get to Hylan Boulevard in New York, you can take the Staten Island Ferry from Manhattan and then transfer to the S78 bus which runs along Hylan Boulevard. Alternatively, you can take the R train to Bay Ridge Avenue and then transfer to the S79 bus which also runs along Hylan Boulevard.
If you are driving, you can take the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and exit onto Hylan Boulevard. There is street parking available but it may be limited during peak hours. There are also several parking lots in the area for a fee.
