To get to Frederick Douglass Boulevard in New York, there are several options for public transportation. You can take the subway and get off at the 125th Street Station on the A, B, C, D lines or the 116th Street Station on the B, C lines. From there, you would only need to walk a few blocks to reach your destination.
Alternatively, you could take a bus that stops near Frederick Douglass Boulevard. The M10 and M7 buses both operate along this road.
If you prefer driving, it's worth noting that parking can be challenging in this area of New York City. However, some street parking may be available nearby if you're willing to search for it. Alternatively, paid parking garages are also located in this neighborhood.
