Dear Redemption Community,
In order to serve our customers faster, and focus on what is the heart of our business: COFFEE, we have decided to limit our menu items during the week, Monday - Friday, and will only offer our beloved selection of sandwiches on the weekends.
We will still continue to serve our pastries, toasts, muesli, and introduce new grab and go items during all business hours. Our Sandwiches are now weekend exclusives, to be served on Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays.
Redemption has always taken pride in preparing every single cup of coffee with skill and intentionality. We have eliminated our House Drip option and replaced it with Fresh Brew. This means each cup of hot coffee is made fresh and to-order; the coffee will never be stale, become burnt or fall cold.
This change helps us with accomplishing our goal, of top-quality coffee, from local roasters, at a reasonable price, within a sensible time. We love our community and respect your time and schedule, and want to make our coffee service faster overall.
