Public Transport:
1. Subway: Take the subway to the nearest station, which is Union Square. From there, you can either walk or take a bus/taxi to Union Avenue.
2. Bus: Check for buses that pass through or near Union Avenue and take one that suits your location. Get off at the closest stop to your destination.
Driving/Parking:
1. From Manhattan: Take FDR Drive southbound and continue onto Franklin D. Roosevelt East River Drive. Take exit 6 for Houston Street and merge onto East Houston Street. Continue straight onto East 2nd Street, then turn right onto Bowery. Follow Bowery until it becomes Cooper Square, then continue onto 3rd Avenue. Turn left onto East 14th Street and continue straight until you reach Union Avenue.
Parking: Look for street parking in the surrounding area or check for nearby parking garages.
2. From Brooklyn: Take I-278 W towards Manhattan/Battery Tunnel. Keep left to continue on I-478 N, following signs for Battery Tunnel/Manhattan/FDR Drive/9A/West St/42 St/Uptown/Theater District/Midtown Tunnel/Queens/Bronx/New England/I-495 E/L.I.E./Eastern L.I./Greenpoint Ave/Long Island City/Greenpoint Ave Bridge/I-495 E/Eastern L.I./L.I.E./Midtown Tunnel/I-495 W/L.I.E./Eastern L.I./L.I.E./Midtown Tunnel/I-495 W/L.I.E.. Take exit 32A toward Williamsburg Bridge/Manhattan/Brooklyn Queens Expy E/I-278 W/Staten Island/Verrazano-Narrows Br/Battery Tunnel/Triboro Br/Randalls-Wards Is/Randalls Is Bridge/Wards Is Bridge. Merge onto Williamsburg Bridge and continue onto Delancey Street. Turn right onto Bowery, then follow the same directions as above.
