2. From the south: Take I-278 E towards Brooklyn/Queens Expressway. Use the right lane to take exit 29 toward Tillary St/Bklyn Civic Center. Merge onto Tillary St and continue onto Adams St/Brooklyn Bridge Blvd. Keep left to stay on Adams St, which will turn into Frankfort St/Brooklyn Bridge Blvd/Franklin D Roosevelt East River Dr. Turn right onto Broadway and then left onto Franklin St.
