Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Chef Frank Lennon's career began early on, when he was a teenager felt attracted to try new flavors, and to experiment in the kitchen, he found his calling to cuisine, and went to the renowned International Culinary center (formerly French Culinary Institute) in New York city, back in 2012, there he followed his passion.
He, then started working at Bar Boulud, in Manhattan New York, as a line cook, he elevated his culinary career, trained and learned there for over a year. Over the years he worked at many fine-dinning establishments, such as American Cut, in Tribeca, New York City; later on he became Sous chef at La Pecora Bianca, in Upper East Side Manhattan, he gained professional experience and continued his journey at BLT steak and BLT Prime in New York City. Chef Frank has an exquisite palate and he is at Ginger Chef working in the kitchen, using locally grown ingredients and making the best for you.
