We received a complaint saying a customer ordered the meals shown in Picture 1 with Pork Fried Rice but got White Rice instead. However, the items under that order do come with White Rice. We believe this is a good opportunity to show how customization works.

When placing an online order, each subcategory on our menu includes a description, such as “w. White Rice,” as shown in Picture 2. If you would like an upgrade, please leave a comment in the area shown in Picture 3. We will customize your order and adjust the price if applicable. We NEVER overcharge customers.

When you think there’s an issue, please do not hesitate to call us. However, we would appreciate friendly communication instead of simply blaming or even verbal abuse. We believe in this: treat others the way you want to be treated. We don’t serve disrespectful people.

Lastly, we would like to express our deepest appreciation to our loyal customers who have always supported us. Our restaurant wouldn’t be here without you.
