It's been four weeks - I'm sticking to the Meadows Cafe rotation of goodies (boy that cookbook comes in handy!) above is the classic avocado toast and a hybrid of the mermaid bowl, but done with Greek yogurt as the base- still enjoying El Dorado coffee in my French press -
If you would like a cookbook or know someone who would, I still have some available! Leave a comment and I can coordinate a pick up with you ( I have El Dorado Coffee Packets too if you'd like some of those!)

How are you all doing? Making Meadows Cafe inspired food to stay healthy and cool this summer ? 🌞 I've been making a lot of chia bowls with various toppings, this one is technically the Hawaiian Chia Bowl, just didn't place everything the was I normally do, added pepitas too -
