SPICY SESAME CHICKN NOODZZZ šŸœ Look at that sticky sesame vegan chick’n using chick’n style bits 🄵
This was so delicious and actually really easy to make!
Here’s the recipe for ya!
Sauce:
3 minced garlic cloves
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1.5 tbsp Lee Kim Kew Chiu chilli oil (use less of sensitive to spice but replace with sesame oil)
2 tsp ketchup
1.5 tsp soft light brown sugar
2.5 tbsp water
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp Siracha
240g ramen noodles 190g fry’s chick’n and veggies of your choice

My popular Corn Ribs recipe from last year With Aleppo Chili Butter & Lime Zest Cream Cheese🄰

RECIPE
For the corn:
3 ears of corn
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

For Aleppo Chili Butter:
3 tbsp vegan butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tbsp Aleppo chili flakes (can be substituted with other mild chili pepper flakes)
salt to taste if you’re using unsalted butter

Lime Zest Cream Cheese:
125 g Vegan cream cheese
Zest of 1 lime
1/2 lime juiced

Who loves Udon as much as I do? This is one of my favorite and easy recipes for Spicy Sweet and Vegetable Udon!

Ingredients:
1 16 oz (450g) package of udon noodles (I use the frozen/refrigerated precooked kind)
3 cups mixed vegetables of choice (I used broccoli, mushrooms, rainbow carrots, shelled edamame, zucchini)
1 large shallot
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp grated ginger
2-3 scallions
1 tbsp avocado oil for sautƩing

Sauce:
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp chili paste (I used a homemade one, can be replaced with sambal oelek or sriracha)
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 cup s unroasted walnut butter
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup pitted green olives
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 lemon, juiced
