Today was our last day of service at Koloman. What a journey it’s been!
We’re incredibly proud of the years we’ve spent in NoMad — welcoming guests from around the world, crafting unforgettable dining experiences, and building a community around a shared love for thoughtful hospitality.
While we’re closing our doors here, we’re already looking forward to what’s next: Koloman will open a brand-new location in Spring 2026.
To all our guests, our extraordinary team, and everyone who’s supported us — thank you. Your love and loyalty have meant the world to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you again in our next chapter.
Let’s call this what it is: a see you soon.
With gratitude,
Team Koloman

What people say
Koloman NYC, located on West 29th Street, is a contemporary French restaurant that offers a truly magical dining experience. From the moment you step through their doors, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an unforgettable culinary journey.
One of the standout features of Koloman NYC is their diverse menu that caters to every palate and occasion. Whether you're looking for a delicious brunch spread, comforting lunch dishes, or an unforgettable dinner experience, Koloman has something for everyone. The talented Chef Markus Glocker blends Parisian creativity with his own unique twist, resulting in dishes that are both innovative and delicious.
But it's not just the food that makes Koloman NYC special. Their bar program is a true reflection of their team's passion for mixology and wine. With an expertly curated wine and drinks menu crafted by their beverage director, head bartender, and head sommelier, you can expect nothing but the finest libations to accompany your meal.
One particular cocktail that caught our attention is "The Resolution." Created by their head bartender with a zero waste approach in mind, this unique play on clarified milk punch features a pineapple flavor profile with notes of thyme, grapefruit, and cinnamon. What makes it truly exciting is the element of surprise as each preparation includes surplus ingredients from the day. Topped with sabayon, it's a decadent finish to an already exceptional drink.
In addition to their culinary delights and impressive bar program, Koloman NYC also boasts a prime location in NoMad with iconic New York City landmarks right at its doorstep. This allows diners to soak in the magic of the city while enjoying their meal.
Overall, Koloman NYC is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience. With its creative cuisine, expertly crafted cocktails, and prime location, it's no wonder why this establishment has become a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Whether you're looking for a casual brunch or an elegant dinner, Koloman NYC is sure to exceed your expectations and leave you wanting more.
