Spicy Salmon Salad 🌶️
House-cured salmon, layered with white turmeric — a quiet staple in Thai kitchens and a bit of a hidden gem here.
🫚Its flavor is subtle but distinctive: gently earthy, lightly peppery, with a fresh, almost green brightness that lifts everything around it.

Laab means luck — feels right for Thai New Year. 🍶✨
Steak Tartare 🍃🥩
Inspired by Northern Thai laab, with ma khwan bringing that citrusy, tingly heat.
Savory, aromatic, spice-led — the way it leans in the North.

Lamb Massaman Pot Pie 🥧✨
A Curry That Traveled
Massaman moved — through Mughal India, along Malay shores, carried by Persian Muslim traders into Siam.
It arrived layered with spice and savor.
👉🏻 By the 1800s, Massaman was praised in a boat poem for its depth and spice.
👉🏻A century later, Lady Som Jeen recorded its balance:
sweetness, bitter orange, sea salt, warming spices, gentle heat.
From verse to recipe, the Thai food story continues.
