Yesterday was one of those days we’ll never forget! What a great day, what a great night, and what an incredible feeling to see so many friends, family members, longtime customers, and familiar faces come through our doors to celebrate with us.

We celebrated 60 YEARS of Joyce’s Tavern being your go-to neighborhood bar and restaurant right here in Eltingville, Staten Island! 🥂🍻

Yesterday was busy, busy, and a little crazy, but we wouldn’t have had it any other way! Seeing everyone come together, share stories, make memories, and celebrate with us reminded us of what Joyce’s Tavern has always been about. ❤️

The truth is, 60 years in business wouldn’t be possible without ALL OF YOU. Your loyalty, friendship, and continued support are what keep our family business going strong. Whether you’ve been coming here for decades or just walked through our doors for the first time, we’re grateful to have you be part of our story.

Today, we just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU! 🙏

Some things in life are truly special, and this is one of them. ❤️

We are incredibly honored and grateful to receive this proclamation from Staten Island Borough President Vito J. Fossella, officially declaring October 17, 2026, as Joyce’s Tavern Day in the Borough of Staten Island!

For 60 years, Joyce’s Tavern has been more than just a bar and restaurant. It’s been a place where friendships are made, families gather, stories are shared, and memories last a lifetime.

From Bobby Joyce opening our doors in 1966 to the O’Toole family continuing that tradition today, we are proud to be part of this community. None of this would be possible without our loyal customers, our hardworking staff, our friends, our neighbors, and everyone who has supported us along the way.

A special thank-you to Borough President Vito J. Fossella for this incredible recognition. It truly means a lot to our family.

60 years later, and we’re still here doing what we love: bringing people together over great food, great drinks, and great times.
