As the people that brought Oat milk to the US with the receipts to prove it. We have battled with the quality of oat milks offered from the various available products in the marketplace. Most are just hidden sugars and layered with gums and fillers. But, we created a monster with Oat and it is the number one non dairy offering in the non dairy space and even out paces dairy milk in our shop.

We were super excited when the team at came to us with some samples, let us in on the back story of the product and the way Rasmus and Kevin went about producing the best product in the Oat marketplace.

We put it through its paces… and sure enough, it is the BEST Oat product on the market.
•
If you’re drinking Oat at home, I’d look for this in your local retailer or order online. If you come by the shop, this is what we have started to serve. Even though it is all organic with premium products, we have kept the price point the same. We hope you can taste the difference and feel it as well.

It’s been a wild ride. 10 years has gone by in a blink. This case study on brand building has turned into something I never imaged. Some unimaginably difficult times, some phenomenon times. Then in a global pandemic created a musical refuge for musicians, artists and fans. All while bringing one simple rule to it all. Be helpful in any way possible.

Thank you to our customers, our roasters and our farmer and roaster .official. The amazing staff that have made this last year such a wonderful breeze and what I thought what it was about to own and run a shop. Andres, Diego, Andres, Alejandro, Danna, Lucas. The landlord at 15th St that went along with any crazy idea we had. His reply was always, “sure, just don’t burn down the bldg.”

Today, we brought out a couple of bags of our back stock from travels through Paris. One of our favorite finds in Paris is .paris. A wonderful shop / roaster who meticulously roasts and serves in a beautiful minimalist shop.

We will have two bags available for Pour Over and Micro Shot today and Wednesday from 11am to 4pm.

Here is an unbelievable washed heirloom Ethiopian Banko Gotiti. This coffee has a very pronounced peach taste in pour over and as an espresso the lemongrass really takes the lead with black tea offering a distinct balance in both preparations. Next week, from Nov 10 to Nov 12 we will have our second , this one from Kenya.

Super excited to introduce a roaster we have wanted to work with for years. is one of the best roasters doing it globally and for us, the best in NY. To compliment our Colombian offerings from .oficial, we will bring in mostly non Colombian coffees from Loveless with the occasional Colombian surprise from Loveless. Come by and sample this wonderful Ecuadorian coffee on espresso or pour over and our new Ethiopian drip and cold brew coffee.

We were asked to set up for a private pop up and asked to be as minimal as possible with no branding. We said sure… however, there is one brand that cannot be removed, the .usa powerhouse from in 24K gold, brushed nickel and polished mirror finish white gold with the even more powerful .

Look forward to showing more of this event when we can. In the meantime, stop by our other shops for a cup and a laugh.
