To get to Bay Street in New York, you can take the subway by boarding the SIR train and getting off at the Tompkinsville stop. From there, it is just a short walk to Bay Street.
Alternatively, if you prefer to drive, you can take the Staten Island Expressway and exit at Bay Street. There are several parking lots along Bay Street where you can park your car. Just be sure to check for parking restrictions and fees.
Once you arrive on Bay Street, look for a Tex-Mex restaurant and Spanish restaurant that are situated next to each other.
