Posted • Easiest. Charcuterie. Ever.
We cannot show up to parties empty handed. Trust me, we’ve tried! The hard part, however, is transporting what we’ve made to the party. That’s why these Fleishman’s Finest products are true winners! We just bought a few packs of karnatzel and salami, unwrapped and spread out to dry. Before leaving, we sliced everything up and then threw it all on the board with some condiments. We happened to also have some jerky left in our fridge so threw that on as well.

Good on the outside, good on the inside. Natural casing, hardwood smoked, no garbage fillers, and an otherworldly taste that has no comparison, Karnatzel is the way to go for any and all barbecue, deli, entertaining, and meat snacking you're up to!

This is not a cold cut - this is a Fleishman's Finest Sliced Salami; AKA Charcuterie Game Changer AKA The First Thing to go on the Meat Platter AKA The Salami Upgrade You Won't Be Able to Walk Back On. So if you haven't tried it yet, your time is now! And a little piece of advice: buy plenty of packs, based on what we've heard from you, you'll need it.

Fleishman's Finest sausages are best in class in terms of taste, texture, and quality. The difference is striking upon your first lick and every yummy bite thereafter. It's the only frank that doesn't improve with toppings, buns or fixins. It's so good on its own, it would be dishonorable to call it (or eat it as) just a "frank".

Clack, clack go the tongs! Hiss, hiss goes the propane tank! Sizzle, sizzle go the franks. Grilling season is finally here and we couldn't be more pumped!! Get your aprons out and flick open a beer - it's going to be an amazing summer - now with more flavor, better quality, and less heartburn (really!!).
Our beef franks are made with premium beef and no j***y fillers for a remarkable difference you will instantly love and come to swear by.

We cannot give you directions how to create this dish because there is literally just one step: slice honeycomb salami and you’re done!
