✨ A huge milestone for Nixtamal ✨
Yesterday we catered for at the World Trade Center — serving over 135 employees!
This was all made possible thanks to Chad Pearson (), one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. Chad handled every logistic detail, got our supplies picked up and delivered back to Long Island, and most importantly, introduced us to Marzena Kuznick, Catering Director for 17 companies at WTC. 🙌
We also want to give a huge shoutout to Selena — she was non-stop all day, helping us serve every plate, making sure things kept moving, and even packing everything up so it arrived back perfectly. 🌟 Selena, you were amazing and we couldn’t have done this without you.
This opportunity has the potential to make us one of the official food options inside the World Trade Center. For our small catering business, this is transformative.
Chad and Selena — we can’t thank you enough. You’re genuine people who wanted to help, and you changed everything. Respect. 👏

To get to the taco restaurant and Mexican restaurant located on Delancey Street in New York via public transport, take the M14A or M14D bus and get off at the Norfolk Street stop. Alternatively, take the F train to Delancey Street station or the J, M, or Z trains to Essex Street station.
If you prefer to drive, there is street parking available on Delancey Street and neighboring streets, but it can be difficult to find a spot. There are also several paid parking lots in the area.
