La Tortuga Kitchen La Tortuga Kitchen is a Mexican food truck that offers delicious and affordable snacks. They offer fillings such as Mac n cheese, chicken, beef, spinach n cheese or good old fashion cheese, with all main dishes coming with 2 side of sauces per. Customers can also enjoy fresh made Pico de Gallo which is a perfect side for anyone who likes a little spice. Although closed on some days, La Tortuga Kitchen offers fresh salmon and bass tacos for non-meat eaters on Wednesdays and Fridays.
