A little dust, a lot of vision — it started with a build-out and a belief in what this space could become.

Four years later, it’s the people who define Nudibranch. Our remarkable team and the guests who continue to fill our dining room are the reason we’re here.

The East Village has embraced us from the very beginning, and it’s an honor to be part of this community.

The oxtail tagine is a must-try dish that pays homage to Korean, Moroccan, and Caribbean beef dishes.
