Seattle, it’s official. Death & Co opens Thursday, September 3.⁠

This is a big one: we’re on the eve of our 20th anniversary. Twenty years of recipes, teams, memories. Four bars (almost five!), three books, countless hours spent building, dreaming, creating.⁠

To celebrate 20, and to celebrate Seattle, we’re also excited to not only open the doors to a new bar but to debut an entirely new look — this will be the first major evolution to our menus in almost ten years, and our first refresh to our identity in even longer. We partnered with our friends polonsky & friends to bring our vision to life. We have so much more to share with you, but swipe through now for a sneak peek.⁠
