2025 Michelin Bib Gourmand ❤️

The hands behind the masa, the kitchen, and the dining room floor.

This recognition belongs entirely to our team – from the early morning nixtamal runs at the factory to the late nights at the restaurant pass. We are incredibly proud to share that Sobre Masa has retained its Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2025, marking our fourth year in a row.

Thank you to our crew for keeping the dream moving forward daily, and to New York for embracing our mission and heritage corn.

Gracias, equipo. This one is for you. ✨

I love the vibe at Sobre Masa, just a fun, simple, joyful, welcoming, non-pretentious house of deliciousness by way of Oaxaca. I hope you’ll pop in next time you’re out that way or make a point of visiting just to support a lovely little neighborhood restaurant that’s also deserving of being a destination. “This is how you are meant to eat and celebrate,” Zack said of his tortilla-anchored menu. “Come eat with us.”

We look forward to welcoming you ❤️.
