There are so many reasons to love June… ☀️🍪
Summer is almost here. School is almost out. Farmers market season is in full swing. The weather is perfect. It’s my birthday month 🤭And best of all… Holy Cannoli is BACK! 🇮🇹
Available this month only, this fan-fave starts with my signature chocolate chip cookie dough loaded with pistachios and crunchy cannoli shells. It’s stuffed with a cannoli cream-inspired filling, then finished with a chocolate drizzle, cannoli chips, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
If you’ve been around for a while, you already know these disappear FAST.

What makes our chocolate chip the best?
Yes, I said it. 😏
We’re not trying to be the cheapest cookie…we’re trying to be the cookie you think about three days later. Quality ingredients, a mix of chocolate chips + chocolate chunks (literally chopped by hand), and a recipe I’ve obsessed over until it was just right.
A gas station coffee and your favorite local coffee shop both sell coffee… but you already know the difference. 😉🍪

I’ve been going back and forth on how to share this…
A funny reel? A long emotional post? Or not saying anything at all?
But so many of you have been here since day one..supporting me, cheering me on, showing up week after week… you’ve become like family.
…I’m officially a commercial baker!
No storefront (yet), but I’m now working out of a commercial kitchen, which opens the door to so many new opportunities for this little business of mine.
On paper, it means more flexibility and room to grow. But personally, it just feels unbelievable, especially during the same month we’re celebrating 6 years of Around The Table.
I wonder all the time how I got here, and the honest answer is, I don’t know if it’s one specific thing. I’ve just followed my instincts, given it everything I have, and tried to be a good person along the way.
Some of my biggest supporters have been complete strangers, and I’m so grateful!
I wish I could hug every single one of you.
Thank you for supporting me and helping me get here 🫶🏼
