Summer’s here and so is our latest creation: the Hourglass Colada Classic!

This frozen pineapple-coconut-vanilla-rum concoction has rivers of strawberry syrup running through it - it’s topped with a generous dollop of farm fresh whipped cream, sprinkled with cinnamon, and then garnished with a single tart pineapple wedge. Blended to perfection and guaranteed to cool you down! 🍍🥥 🍸

Come by and ask for it at , our second floor speakeasy this week, it might or might not be on our secret menu. 👀

Hourglass Bistro here - we recently attended the first in person Annual Public Meeting! () ⌛️

We stopped in with 75th district Assembly hopeful Chris Lebron () and celebrity chef ) Arturo Paz! We figured we’d chat up the who’s whos and the what’s whats of Times Square. We were excited to bump shoulders with the likes of Tom Harris, TSA President, Regina Fojas, Senior VP, and Carlotta Ramos, Stakeholder Services VP! 👨🏻‍💼 👩🏻‍💼

The TSA are in charge of cleaning up, beautifying and helping keep safe the Times Square district. Sanitation, safety, and all the public events run in Times Square goes through the TSA! These people deserve a shout out for keeping the city running as it does. 🙌

We, as a local restaurant, have a vested interest in having all these things done and done well, so we’re excited to take part in having the dialogue about how decisions are being made here! 💬

They’ve created vast strides in cleanliness and beautiful planters - we hope that we can continue to work with the TSA to welcome businesses back and have a vibrant, can’t miss destination setting in Times Square! 🗽

The Hourglass Bistro recently had drop by for a drink, a wink, and a link up! He’s a big personality, but that’s a given! 😉

Like I said, if you’re looking for stars, Hourglass is -THE- place to spot them! 👀

We got to chatting and… well, since Broadway’s opening up, and we’re in the spirit of lights, red carpet stars and the curtain call…

We figured we’d do a bit of a thank you to all the Broadway stars coming by to patronize us, but to also give a shout out to the wonderful productions they’re in! 🌟

You can see the marvelous Danny Bolero Zaldivar in running on Broadway, and he’s also performing in They Call Me Cuban Pete, just a tumble down the road at in an off-Broadway production. If you enjoy the show, feel free to drop by for a great meal before or after - we’ll be here! 🍝 🍸

Dinner and a show in requires so many moving pieces - goers, , , , designers, set designers, and wait staff - the list goes on! Thank you! To all of you! Here’s a toast to better Broadway! 💃🏾🕺🏻

To reach the location on West 46th Street, you can take the subway to Times Square and then walk for about 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, there are several bus stops nearby, including those served by the M50 or M104 lines.

If you decide to drive, there may be limited street parking available nearby, but it is recommended to use a parking garage in the area. From the west side of Manhattan, you can take the West Side Highway and exit at 42nd Street, then drive east to reach West 46th Street. From the east side of Manhattan, take either FDR Drive or Second Avenue and head west on 42nd Street before turning right onto West 46th Street.
