Very busy sandwich shop is looking for hardworking, dedicated, and passionate deli people to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
JOB DUTIES include, but aren't limited to: taking customers order, making sandwiches, salads and sides; slicing and serving meats and cheeses; cleaning food prep stations, ; sweeping, mopping, etc. This will be a full-time position. Weekends is a must
Ideal candidates have the following:
*Experience in cold cut slicing and creating salads & sandwiches
*Experience operating a deli slicer.
*Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
*Strong work ethic
*Strong communication with management and staff
*Works well under pressure
*Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation

From Manhattan, take the Subway F train towards Queens and get off at the Sutphin Blvd – Archer Av – JFK Airport Station. From there, exit towards Sutphin Boulevard and 135th Avenue, and walk East on 135th Avenue until you reach your destination.
If you are driving from Manhattan, take the Queensboro Bridge to Queens and continue onto Queens Blvd. Turn left onto Van Wyck Expy, then take exit 2 for Rockaway Blvd toward JFK Airport. Merge onto Rockaway Blvd, then turn left onto Sutphin Blvd. After a mile, turn right onto 135th Avenue to reach your destination.
There is limited street parking available in the area so it's best to park at a nearby parking lot or garage. Alternatively, you can also take an Uber or Lyft for convenience.
