Ushiwakamaru has called New York home since 2003, sharing the craft of Edomae sushi and proudly earning a Michelin star in 2017.
After many unforgettable years, our New York chapter will come to an end at the close of January 2026.
A new journey begins in Europe starting February 2026.
We remain open through January and warmly invite you to visit us during our final weeks.
