She probably doesn’t even remember sharing it with me — but I do. It’s one of those perfect sweet-tangy glazes that works beautifully on turkey, chicken, or even a roast. Recipes travel from kitchen to kitchen… and sometimes they make their way into a cookbook. So today I just want to say thank you, Rifki. ❤️

The cranberry glaze that appears with the turkey in Pesach Secrets from Batya’s Kitchen was actually given to me years ago by Rifki Caller.

She probably doesn’t even remember sharing it with me — but I do.

It’s one of those perfect sweet-tangy glazes that works beautifully on turkey, chicken, or even a roast.

These crackers are one of my favorites to make in advance and in batches—perfect with dips, chopped liver, 🥚 eggs, 🥑 guacamole, and anything that needs a satisfying crunch.
