Introducing our 10 course Wagyu Tasting Menu with beer pairings, available this week (only!) for Father’s Day Week 🥩🍻 Enjoy this special menu today through Sunday at Moody Tongue Sushi in New York and West Palm Beach.

This special menu showcases Bushu Wagyu from 2025 MICHELIN Bib Gourmand , one of only three licensed importers in the country to bring in this particular wagyu. This is a special “bridging”, as one of the main food sources for these Japanese cattle is “beer lees.”
