Victor.brooklyn is a charming neighborhood restaurant located on Nevins Street in New York. The restaurant prides itself on using high-quality ingredients to create light and bright dishes that are sure to satisfy any palate. The staff at Victor are friendly and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a casual night out with friends or a romantic dinner for two.
One of the standout features of Victor is their commitment to offering an exceptional wine list. They regularly update their selection with exciting new additions, such as the 50% Roussanne 50% Jacquere sourced from Saint Péray and Savoie respectively, vinified in oak and concrete by Franck Balthazar. They also offer Chardonnay and Colombard sourced from the south west of France and vinified in Bordeaux in large oak barrels by husband and wife team Porte de la Lune, as well as Skin contact Muscat from Lemnos, Greece - aromatic, salty, refreshing! And Mencia from Bierzo, Sp by Jose Antonio Garcia - black and blue fruit, earthy, sappy tannins.
The menu at Victor is always changing but some of their standby favorites include Smoked Paprika Prawns, Charred Octopus and Roasted Oysters. They also recently added Crunchy Spring Salad to their menu which has been receiving rave reviews.
While weather conditions may sometimes affect their operations like any other business, Victor's staff always keep customers informed through social media updates. Despite this minor inconvenience on rare occasions when it happens, Victor remains one of the best restaurants in Brooklyn where you can enjoy delicious food paired with excellent wine selections in a cozy atmosphere.
