Schnipper's

Schnipper's was a popular restaurant located on E 23rd Street, known for its burgers, American cuisine, and sandwiches. The restaurant frequently shared pictures of their dishes on social media platforms, showcasing fan favorites like the South by Southwest salad and the Fresh from the Market salad. The Big Schnipp was recommended for those with bigger appetites while sides such as fries and mac and cheese were also featured on the menu. In addition to traditional offerings, gluten-free buns were available upon request. Unfortunately, Schnipper’s has been permanently closed.

Ours is chopped to perfection with crisp romaine, diced cucumber, heirloom tomatoes, red onion and green peppers, then topped with crumbled feta cheese and a tangy red wine vinaigrette. It’s cool, refreshing and everything you want on a warm day.

To get to the location at E 23rd Street in New York via public transportation, take the 6 train to 23rd Street Station and walk a few blocks east. Alternatively, take the M23 bus to E 23rd St/1st Ave.
For those driving, there are several parking garages nearby, including one on E 22nd Street between 2nd and 3rd Ave and another on E 24th St between Lexington and Park Ave South. However, street parking can be difficult to find in the area.
